Description

This is a house located at 39 Stirlings Road, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of flared header bond brick with red brick quoins and dressings, topped with an old tile roof and featuring no chimney stacks. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. It has segmental header arches above a 20th-century door and three-light casements. There are three alternating red brick bands at the level of the storeys and red brick dentilled eaves. The roof is gabled and also has no stacks. A 20th-century brick wall encloses the original covered entry to the right side of the house, while the rear is rendered. The interior has not been inspected.
