Description
This is a row of four cottages located at 22, 24, 26, and 30 Priory Road, dating from the late 18th century. They are constructed in Flemish bond brick with glazed headers and feature a concrete tile roof and brick stacks. The cottages are one unit wide and two stories tall, forming an eight-window range. There are segmental header arches above four 20th-century doors and early to mid-19th-century two- and three-light casements, except for a timber lintel over a six-light fixed casement to the right of No. 26. Additionally, there is a segmental header arch over a blocked door and a 20th-century casement between No. 26 and No. 30. The eaves are dentilled, and the cottages have a gabled roof with a ridge stack. The interior has not been inspected.
