Description
Inglenook is a house that likely dates from the early 18th century. It features painted brick on the center and right sides, with fragmentary timber-framing on the left, which has painted breeze-block infill. The roof is covered with old plain tiles and is half-hipped on the right, while the left side has a more modern plain-tile roof from the 20th century. A brick ridge stack is located at the center of the roof. The house has a two-unit lobby-entry plan and is a single storey with an attic, presenting a two-window range that is positioned at right angles to the lane. There is a 20th-century door at the center, flanked by three-light wood casements on both sides. Gabled half-dormers are situated on the left and right. The interior has not been inspected.
