Description
Parsonage Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century, with a mid-18th century bay added to the right, built in a similar style and using similar materials. The structure features Flemish bond brickwork with flared headers, an old tile roof, and brick stacks. It has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a four-window range. There is a semi-circular arch above a 20th-century door that includes a fanlight. The ground-floor windows have 20th-century and late 19th-century three-light casements with Venetian heads. The first-floor windows feature semi-circular arches over mid to late 19th-century horned sashes. The roof is hipped and dates from the early 18th century, with a gabled mid-18th century extension to the right and a ridge stack. The side walls are similar in design. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
