Description

No. 61 on East St Helen Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of tile and brick, with modern brick at the rear. It stands two storeys tall and features a wooden eaves cornice. The façade has three windows, one of which is blank, all with flat stone lintels and double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. There is a brick band that runs between the storeys, and on the ground floor, there are two windows. To the left, there is a modern door with a small rectangular fanlight above it, set beneath a flat stone arch. The building has a brick plinth. Nos. 43 to 61 (odd) are part of a group.
