The building features stone uncoursed rubble on the ground floor to the right, with large timber framing and painted brick infill above. It has a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the right and hipped with a catslide to the left, and a brick ridge stack is located at the center. The cottage is a single storey with an attic and has a four-window range that runs at right angles to the road. There is a plank door at the center, and the windows are irregularly arranged casements. Additionally, there are two swept dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
