Description

Two houses, likely built in the mid-17th century, are located on The Green in East Hanney. They feature a rendered plinth, small timber-framing with painted brick and rendered infill, and a thatched roof, with old plain-tile roofs at the left and right ends. The houses have brick end stacks and ridge stacks positioned to the left and right of the center. They are single storey with an attic and have a six-window range. There are plank doors to the left and right of the center, and the windows are arranged irregularly with casements. The central range has four swept dormers, while the left and right ends have gabled dormers. The interiors have not been inspected.
