Description

Philberd's Manor is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations and additions made in the early 20th century. The house is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with flared headers. It has a double-depth plan, a hipped roof covered with old plain tiles, and various brick stacks. The main facade is two storeys high and features a four-window arrangement, with a projecting cross-wing to the left. A six-panel door is positioned to the left of the centre, sheltered by a flat hood supported on brackets. All windows are 16-pane sash windows without horns. The interior remains uninspected.
