CHARNEY BASSETT THE GREEN (South side) SU39SE Barn approx. 15m. N of Stable 6/99 House 07/05/76 (Formerly listed as The Old Barn W of No.3) GV II

Barn. C18. Weatherboarding over light timber frame on plinth built of Flemish bond brick with flared headers; thatched roof. 3-bay plan with central threshing floor. Plank double doors with C18 strap hinges. Half hipped roof. Gabled porch to rear has old tile roof. Interior: 3-bay collar-truss roof with angle braces, and staggered butt-purlins.
