Description
Pinmarsh Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It is constructed of red brick featuring flared headers in Flemish bond, topped with an old plain-tile roof that is hipped to the right. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a five-window range. At the center, there are 20th-century glazed double doors framed by a painted wood architrave surround and cornice. All openings have wood cross-windows with glazing bars. A flat brick band runs between the ground and first floors, and there is a shaped wood cornice at the eaves. The right side of the building features a two-storey, four-window range, with a six-panel door located to the right of center, which includes an overlight, a painted wood architrave surround, and a flat hood supported by brackets. The interior has not been inspected.
