Description

Probably originally two houses, this building now serves as a shop and offices. It was likely constructed in the late 18th century, with a modern shop front added to the ground floor in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of grey brick with red brick detailing, and has a slate roof with brick end stacks. It is three storeys high, with a five-window facade. The ground floor shop front features glazed double doors on either side of a central point, with plate glass windows to the left, centre and right. The upper floors retain 12-pane sash windows with flat brick heads, except for recessed panels in the centre of the first and second floors. The ground floor interior has been adapted for retail use in the 20th century.
