Description

No. 3 Martin is a house that has been converted into a shop and dwelling, likely built in the mid-18th century. It features lined render, probably over brick, with an old plain-tile roof and brick stacks at each end. The building is two stories high and has a five-window range. The mid-20th century shop front includes glazed double doors in the center, flanked by plate glass windows. On either side of the shop front, there are six-panel doors with round-arched recessed surrounds. The first floor has 12-pane unhorned sash windows. The interior has a 20th-century shop on the ground floor.
