Description

This is a house, likely dating from the late 17th century, and altered in the late 19th century. It is now used as a betting shop. The exterior is lined render, possibly on a timber frame, with an old plain-tile roof and a brick stack at the rear. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window front. A sash door is located on the right side. A 19th-century shop window with glazing bars is in the centre, and a 12-pane window is on the left. The first floor has a four-pane sash window with an architrave surround on the right side. Two cross-gables are present to the left and centre, each with a four-pane sash window. The cross-gables have 19th-century shaped bargeboards. The interior was not inspected. This building has group value.
