Description

This building is a cottage located approximately 10 metres north of Old Cottage in Rotherfield Peppard. It dates from the 18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. The structure is timber-framed with 19th-century brick infill and has a plain tile roof topped with a brick ridge stack. The cottage features a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic. The main elevation faces north and is positioned at right angles to the street. There is a plank door in the centre, with three irregular 19th-century casement windows to the left, and a 19th-century dormer also to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
