Description
The stables, located approximately 15 meters north of Winterbrook House, date from the 18th century. They are constructed of squared coursed limestone with knapped flint bands and feature red brick dressings. The building has a hipped roof covered with plain tiles and is two stories high, presenting a three-window range that is set at right angles to the street. A central plank door provides access, with window openings on either side that have segmental brick heads. There is also a plank door located at the center of the first floor. A dentil course is present at the eaves, and there are half-circular openings on both the ground and first floors of the left return. The interior has not been inspected.
