Description
The Ways, a house likely built in the early 17th century, has undergone later alterations. It features a rendered plinth and large timber framing with brick infill, topped by a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the left. The building is single storey with an attic and has a four-window range. There is a ribbed door located to the left of centre, with three-light leaded casements on the ground floor, except for a single-light leaded casement to the left of the door. The property also has four swept dormers, which contain three-light leaded casements, except for a two-light casement to the left of centre. The interior has not been inspected. To the right of the house is an attached outbuilding, likely a former barn that is now used as a garage. This outbuilding features timber framing with weatherboarding and a hipped thatch roof. It is a single-storey, single bay range with plank garage doors. The interior of the outbuilding has not been inspected.
