Description

Luctons is a house located on Lower Road in Chinnor, which was likely divided into two dwellings in the late 18th century but is now a single residence. The building dates from the early 18th century, with a refronting that occurred in the late 18th century. It features a rendered plinth, unknapped flint with brick dressings, and a thatched roof with brick stacks at the rear. The house is two stories tall and has a two-window range. There is a stable door with a segmental brick head to the right of the center, and a blocked doorway with a segmental brick head to the left of the center. On either side, there are 20th-century casements, while the first floor has 19th-century two-light casements.

To the right, there is a 19th-century addition that is also constructed of flint with brick dressings and has a thatched roof, which is half-tipped to the right. This addition is two stories high and has a single-window range, with a plank door to the left and a two-light casement to the right, along with a 9-pane window on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
