Description
Lower Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the early 18th century, with a late 18th century addition on the left. It features a rendered plinth and an old plain-tile roof that is half-hipped to the left. There is a rendered brick stack at the right end and a ridge stack to the left of the center. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range. To the right of the center, there is a four-panel door with an overlight and a gabled hood. The windows include 12-pane unhorned sashes in the center and to the right, and a three-light casement to the left. A flat brick band runs between the ground and first floors on the center and right sides. On the first floor, there are 12-pane unhorned sashes in the center and to the right, and a 16-pane unhorned sash on the left. The interior has not been inspected. The farmhouse is included for its group value.
