Description
The terrace walls and gatepiers in front of Tiddington House date from the early 18th century. They are made of red brick with limestone piers. The walls flank an iron gateway that leads to the main door of Tiddington House and feature projecting rectangular panels and pilasters, with moulded courses forming a plinth and cornice. The brick walls and a rubble wall to the right support the terrace in front of the house. The gateway is accessed by a flight of four steps with curving walls. To the right, there is a vehicular entrance flanked by curving squared limestone walls and four ashlar piers that have chamfered bases, moulded entablatures, and small ball finials.
