Description
Denmark House is a building from the 17th or 18th century located on Northfield End. It features a stucco facade that mirrors the design and wall treatment of the neighboring buildings. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles. The structure has three storeys and three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a door and an early 19th-century three-light window with a delicately moulded cornice above, which appears to have been a shop window. The building returns to Bell Lane, where the western part is constructed of flint with a brick string course at the first-floor level. It has red brick quoins and window dressings. The eastern end of the return features a brick and flint ground floor with weatherboarding above, topped with a hipped slate roof.
