Description
This is a house located at 44 Honey Lane, dating from the late 17th century. It features a base made of knapped flint, with red and grey brick constructed in Flemish bond, topped with an old plain-tile roof and a central brick ridge stack. The house has a two-unit lobby-entry plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. The entrance consists of a six-panel part-glazed door in the center, surrounded by an architrave and a 20th-century brick porch. All openings have 12-pane sash windows with architrave surrounds and segmental brick heads. There is a flat brick band between the ground and first floor, and a dentil course at the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
