The building is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers in Flemish bond and features an old plain-tile roof with a brick central ridge stack. It is two stories high and has a two-window range. There is a 20th-century door on the right side of the building. The ground floor has three 2-light casement windows with segmental brick heads, while the first floor has two 2-light casement windows. A dentil cornice is present at the eaves. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
