Description

Brownings is a 17th-century house located on the south side of High Street in Ewelme. The building features red brick on the ground floor and timber framing with brick infill on the first floor, topped with an old plain-tile roof. It has a brick internal stack on the left side and is two stories high with a single-window range. A 20th-century panel door is situated to the right, and there are two-light casements on both the ground and first floors. The roof has a half-hipped cross-gable. The interior has not been inspected.
