Description

The Cottage is a house located on Ewelme High Street, likely built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick, which shows signs of colourwashing, and features a new plain-tile roof with brick stacks at each end. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range. The entrance is a plank door situated in the center, which is sheltered by a gabled timber-framed porch. On either side of the door, there are two-light casement windows, and the first floor has three 3-light casements. The interior has not been inspected.
