Description

Smockacre is a house dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century extensions at the rear. It features painted flint with brick dressings on the left side, and timber framing with rendered infill above. The right side has timber framing with brick infill and render above. The roof is thatched, with a central brick ridge stack and an end stack on the right. The building is single storey with an attic and has a two-window range that is set at right angles to the street. There is a 20th-century entrance at the rear. The windows are irregularly arranged casements, with a brick hood over the left ground floor window. There is a swept dormer on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
