Description
King's Pool House is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It has a rendered exterior, likely over brick, and features an old plain-tile roof that is half-hipped on the left side. A brick ridge stack is positioned to the right of the center. The house has a double-depth plan and is two stories high, with a three-window range. There is a 20th-century door leading to a porch on the right return. On the ground floor, there are two three-light casements located in the center and to the right, and a 12-pane sash window to the left. The first floor has three 12-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
