30A Hart Street is a building from the 18th century with a facade that is now painted roughcast. It features an old tiled roof and stands five storeys tall. The building includes one sash window with glazing bars, a small modern office window, and a passageway entrance located beneath the ground floor cornice. It is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 8 (even), Nos 14 to 36 (even) including Adam House, and Nos 40 to 44, along with gates and piers at 48 and 50, The Old School House, and the Rectory Garden Wall. This group also encompasses Nos 5 to 39 (odd), the Drinking Fountain, the Parish Church of St Mary, and the raised pavement at the east end of Hart Street.
