Description
93 and 95 Bell Street are two buildings dating from the early 18th century, featuring a facade of stucco and a large, steeply pitched roof covered with old tiles. They are two storeys high and have dormer windows, with all windows being sashes that have flush frames and glazing bars. Number 93 has two windows and a door that features a small, flat, bracketed hood and a moulded architrave. Number 95 has three windows and an altered 19th-century shop front. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 70 to 102 (even) opposite, the building at the rear of No 70 Bell Street, and Nos 1 to 11 (odd), along with Denmark House, Elm House, Ruperts Elm, Ruperts Guard, White House, the Obelisk, and Nos 30 Northfield End, Tarry's Cottage, Bell Cottage, and the Flat on Rupert's Lane.
