Description

No 22 on New Street features an 18th-century facade, although timber framing is visible in the passage between No 22 and No 40. This building, along with Nos 18 and 20, shares the same roof. The old tiled roof complements the street facade, which is made of brick with grey headers and red stretchers. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century shop window, also with glazing bars.
