House, C17. Red brick to ground floor left; red brick with grey headers in Flemish bond to ground floor centre; small timber framing with brick infill, some in herringbone pattern, to ground floor right and first floor; old plain-tile roof half-hipped to left, with cross-gable to right; brick ridge stack to left of centre and ridge stack to rear. 3-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys and attic. 3-window range. C19 plank door to left of centre with C19 brick surround. 3-light wood casement to left. 3-light wood casement to centre. Horizontal sash to right of centre. First floor jettied to right. Three 2-light casements to first floor. Cross-gable to right with 2-light wood casement. Left return: timber framing with brick infill. Right return: roughcast probably on timber framing. Extensive beaming to interior, open fireplace to ground floor centre. Queen-post roof with most common rafters replaced.
