Description
Jakemans is a house dating from the early 18th century, constructed from coursed clunch rubble with an old plain-tile roof and a brick gable stack. The building features a two-unit plan with a rear wing and stands two storeys high, plus attics. The front has four windows, with a rubble plinth and a storey band. The entrance is located to the right of the centre, flanked by two-light casements, while smaller casements are present on the first floor. A stack is positioned to the left. The rear of the house includes old casements and two roof dormers, with a lower rear wing to the left that has additional casements. The interior has not been inspected.
