Description
Astleys is a house and shop located on Wallingford Market Place, dating from the early 19th century, with a 20th-century shop front and some alterations. The building features lined render, likely over brick, and has a roof and chimneys that are not visible. It is a three-storey structure with a single-window range. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front that includes a central glazed door and arch-topped windows. The first and second floors are adorned with Venetian windows that have horned sashes and moulded hoods at the center. There is a flat band between the first and second floors, and an open baluster parapet at the roof. The ground floor has undergone 20th-century alterations.
