Description
Lower Farm is an 18th-century house, with a brick dated 1717 located to the right of the door. It features a rendered plinth and large timber framing with painted brick infill, except for the rendered infill to the right. The roof is covered with old plain tiles and has brick ridge stacks positioned to the left and right of the center. The house is two stories high and consists of five bays and four windows, oriented at right angles to the street. A plank door is located at the center, topped by a gabled plain-tile hood. The windows exhibit irregular fenestration with casements. To the left, there is a catslide roof that includes two gabled dormers. The left return displays a double Queen-post roof truss at the gable end. The interior has not been inspected.
