Lawrences Farmhouse is an early 17th-century farmhouse featuring an irregular timber frame with rendered infill and a tiled roof, complemented by brick stacks at the gable ends. The building has a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. It includes casement windows and a central four-panel part-glazed door. The interior has not been inspected.
