Description

Brawns Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse with additions from the early 20th century. It is constructed of red brick, notable for its flared brick headers, and has a tiled roof and brick stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys and has an attic, with a symmetrical five-window front featuring eight-pane sash windows to all openings. A central four-panel door is topped by an overlight. The eaves are defined by a modillion cornice. Three flat-roofed dormers, likely from the 20th century, are visible in the roof. A two-bay, two-window wing, probably dating to the early 20th century and matching the style of the main house, is situated to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
