Description
The Manor is a house located on Long Wittenham High Street, originally known as Willington's Farmhouse. It dates back to the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th and 19th centuries. The building features a red brick base and large timber-framing with brick infill, topped by an old plain-tile roof that is hipped to the left. There are brick ridge stacks positioned to the left and right of the center. The structure is two stories high and has a three-window range. To the left of center, there is a six-panel door with a wood architrave surround and a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. French doors are located to the right. The windows display irregular fenestration with wood-mullioned designs. A queen-post roof truss is visible on the right return gable end. At the rear, there is a timber-framed cross-wing on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
