Description
The Pink Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century, with 20th-century additions. It features timber framing with painted brick infill and a plain tile roof, topped by a central brick ridge stack. The layout is likely a baffle entry plan, and the building has two storeys and an attic, with a three-window range. To the left, there is a single-storey extension from the 20th century, which includes a glazed door on the right side. A casement window is located to the right of the extension, while the first floor has a central two-light casement window. On both the left and right sides, there are wooden angled bay windows with mullions and transoms, supported by brackets and featuring tile-hung gables on the roof. At the rear, there is a central plank door beneath a hipped tiled roof. The left side has an angled bay window, and to the right, there is a four-light casement window, with two two-light casements on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
