Description
Chalkhouse Green Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the 17th century, with a front added in the 18th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a plain tile roof with brick stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic. It has a three-window range, with a central six-panel door that includes a rectangular overlight and a 20th-century flat hood supported by brackets. To the right of the door is a tripartite sash window, and to the left is a nine-pane sash window. On the first floor, there are three nine-pane sash windows, and the roof is hipped with a sloping roof light to the right. There is a ridge stack on the left-hand return and an end stack on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
