Description
The Well House is a farmhouse, now a house, likely built in the late 17th century, with 20th-century extensions added to the rear. The structure is made of flint with brick dressings and features a plain tile roof with brick end stacks. It probably has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a plank door topped by a flat hood. To the right of the door is a two-light casement window, while to the left is a 19th-century flat-sided bay with a lean-to roof. A brick band runs between the ground and first floor. On the first floor, there are two two-light casements in the centre and to the right, and a four-light casement window to the left. The house also features three gabled full dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
