Description
Ivy House is a house that likely dates from the early 18th century. It features painted rendered brick on the ground floor and grey brick with red brick dressings on the first floor, topped with a plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. The building is two stories high with an attic and has a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with an overlight and a flat hood above it. There are 16-pane sash windows on both sides of the door and on the first floor. A flat band runs between the ground and first floors, and the eaves are adorned with a shaped cornice and parapet. Additionally, there are two flat-roofed dormers. The right side of the house is constructed with banded flint and stone. The interior has not been inspected.
