Church View Groves Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on Church Street. It is constructed of red brick and features a brick eaves cornice along with an old tiled roof. The cottage has two storeys and two windows, which have been fitted with modern casements. It serves as a focal point alongside No 33 at the bottom of Grey's Hill.
