Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Church Street. It is constructed of red brick with a slate roof. The building is three storeys high and has four bays. There is a blank window on the ground floor, and two painted windows on the first floor. The remaining windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A plain, round-arched door has a flat-panelled reveal, and above it is a plain fanlight.

The building forms part of a group with numbers 29 to 35 on Church Street, along with the listed walls, gates and piers, and Holy Trinity Church and Vicarage. It also forms part of a group on Grey’s Hill with numbers 29 to 33.
