The wall to Church Street of the forecourt is a 19th-century structure made of red brick and flint. It, along with the gate piers and gates on Church Street, forms a group with Holy Trinity Church, the Vicarage, and Nos 29 to 35 (odd) located opposite. Holy Trinity Church and Nos 29 to 33 (odd) also contribute to a group on Grey's Hill.
