Description

Nos 21 and 23 on Church Street are early 19th-century buildings. No 21 is constructed of painted brick, while No 23 is made of red brick. Both have wide eaves and slate roofs, standing two storeys tall with one window each, featuring sashes with glazing bars. No 21 has a small tiled door hood supported by brackets. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 9 to 27 (odd) and Nos 8 and 10 opposite, as well as the garden wall of No 2, Grey's Hill.
