Description
The Old Rectory stables are an early 19th-century building that serves as a stables and coach house. Constructed from coursed squared limestone rubble, the building features an old plain-tile roof with a brick ridge stack. It is a single range, one storey plus a loft. The courtyard front includes a carriage entrance on the right and, on the left, a doorway situated between two 2-light casements, all of which have chamfered segmental arches. There is a single-storey bay to the left with a similar doorway. The end gables are adorned with 2-light stone-mullioned windows that have labels. At the rear, there is a tall gable with a loft door. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
