No. 3 Kybald Street is a late 19th-century building constructed of red brick with stone dressings. It stands three storeys tall and features three bays. The ground floor includes a central doorway flanked by canted bays on either side. Above, there are 4 and 6-light lattice windows. The building is topped with shaped gables and has a tiled roof.
