Description
The Wooster Arms is a house that was formerly part of an inn, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and rubble, topped with a plain-tile roof featuring brick gable stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with attics. The front facade, which is regularly arranged with three windows, showcases tripartite sash windows on either side of a four-panel door that has an ornamental overlight and is sheltered by a canopy. The first floor features 12-pane sash windows, except for the central window, which is a casement. All windows have flat arches. The roof includes two gabled dormers, while the rear of the building has casement windows. The interior has not been inspected. The Wooster Arms was likely originally connected to Riversdale, which extends from the right side of the range.
