Description
Clydesdale is a house, likely built in the early 18th century and remodeled in the mid-19th century. It features rendered stone walls and a Welsh-slate roof with stone and brick end stacks. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall. The front has a regular arrangement of two windows, with a recessed central six-panel door that includes an overlight. The large windows consist of three narrow sashes with round heads and recessed spandrels, and all openings have chamfered surrounds, complemented by a chamfered plinth. There is a deeply-splayed cellar window in the first bay, which may be an earlier opening. To the left, a stack with a rendered stone plinth rises from the steep-pitched roof. A garage bay to the left has a lower roof and features double doors beneath a large window. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
