Description
This dovecote, dating from the 17th century, is located approximately 80 meters east of the Manorhouse in Gosford and Water Eaton. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone with ashlar dressings and features a Stonesfield-slate roof. The dovecote has a square plan and its front includes a three-centre arched stone doorway with an outer rebate. The roof is pyramid-shaped and has a pyramid-roofed glover. The interior has not been inspected. This dovecote is part of a notable group of buildings.
