Description

Northampton House is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with some parts likely from an earlier period. It features rendered walls and a Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks, arranged in an L-plan. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical front with four windows. The central doorway includes a six-panel door, a rectangular overlight, and a flat canopy supported by panelled soffits and scroll brackets. Both floors are fitted with 12-pane sash windows. The roof is hipped to the right, with a ridge that returns to a rear gable, while the rear wing extends from the left. The interior has not been inspected.
